How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery in the US usually takes 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email. For Christmas delivery, order by December 5.
Do I need an app?
Yes — a free app for iPhone and Android. It's how you choose designs and type messages.
Can I use it while driving?
Many US states restrict animated or red/blue lighted displays on moving vehicles. We recommend using it while parked or at events (light tours, parades, tailgates). Please check your local laws.
Will the adhesive damage my window?
The double-sided tape is designed to remove cleanly from glass. Remove it slowly; a little warmth (hair dryer) helps. If you have aftermarket tint, test a small area first.
What powers it?
USB — plug it into your car's USB port, a USB wall adapter or a power bank.
Can I make my own designs?
Yes. Type any text, choose colors and effects, or draw pixel art in DIY mode.
What if it doesn't work or I don't love it?
