Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after your order ships. During the holiday season, carriers may experience delays.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 5. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Tracking
Tracking can take 2–4 days to update after your label is created. If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us at pixelsjolly@gmail.com and we will investigate and send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change it. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Customs and duties
US orders are delivered with no extra charges at delivery.
