30-day returns
We want you to love your Jolly Pixels. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email pixelsjolly@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Changed your mind
The item must be unused, with the adhesive backing intact, and in its original packaging. Email us first to receive return instructions — returns sent without contacting us cannot be processed. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been mounted (adhesive used), damaged through misuse, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
